With seven years of experience in the Civil and Structural engineering sector, Zain Suliman specializes in structural design, reinforcement, and pipelines. He began his career after studying draughting at the CAD Corporation Draughting Academy. Progressing from a Civil Draughtsman to a Civil/Structural Designer, and subsequently to a BIM Section Lead, Zain has demonstrated significant expertise before joining Modena.

Zain is highly skilled in Revit, including model development, template creation, and family creation. He has successfully implemented Revit systems in two companies and is also proficient in AutoCAD, with a foundational knowledge of Civil 3D. Recognised for his passion for optimising drawing software workflows, he is the go-to person for colleagues seeking help.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Zain is a dedicated family man who enjoys gaming, movies, TV shows, and anime.
