Hloni is an ambitious architecture student with hands-on experience working as a Reality Capture Specialist in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, primarily focusing on as-builts. This role has allowed Hloni to gain valuable insights into the field, working directly with cutting-edge technology to document and digitise existing structures accurately. As part of the company, Hloni has acquired practical experience that complements their academic background, giving them a wellrounded perspective on the industry.

In addition to their core responsibilities, Hloni has shadowed a BIM Coordinator, providing them with a solid foundation in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination. This exposure has equipped Hloni with the knowledge to navigate and assist in BIM-related tasks. It makes him an asset in the collaborative design and construction process, and he has a foundational understanding of model management, clash detection, and the importance of multi-disciplinary collaboration in complex
design projects.

Outside of the architectural space, Hloni has broadened his skill set by attaining a certificate in Brand Management. This certification reflects their keen interest in the business side of design and marketing. In line with this, Hloni has also successfully managed his clothing brand, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a
creative approach to brand building.
