Bhaveshan has completed his qualification as an architectural technologist and has been working within the built environment ever since. He is an architectural modeler and soon to be BIM specialist, primarily focusing on reality capture as-built models. Bhaveshan entered the construction industry as an architectural draughtsman where he got exposure to the trends and standards. He has spent about 5 years within the architectural field gaining extensive experience is residential, commercial and some industrial construction. He has been acknowledged for his attention & efforts in advancing himself to becoming a professional in the industry, possessing excellent organization skills, creativity, motivation, and great communicational skills. His analytical approach works optimally within a team, as well as on an individual basis.

He leverages his skillsets & knowledge by combining his architectural and software skillsets to allow him to be an adequate Reality Capture Specialist tackling As-built projects, producing optimal results for himself & the position he is appointed in. He is on an exponential journey to grow to his fullest potential regarding BIM and everything “nitty gritty” within the construction industry.
