She holds a PhD in Construction Business Models, where her research examined how firms build dynamic capabilities through value networks to drive performance and resilience in the construction sector.

With over 8 years of academic engagement at the Department of Construction Economics and Management, Dr. Filtane combined academic rigour with extensive industry experience across private consulting, contracting, and public sector roles.
