Leon Muofhe

About the Revit Architectural model design and family furniture creation Specialist (Applications Engineer): Mulweli Leon Muofhe is Candidate Senior Architectural Technologist from a traditionally Architectural/Construction background in a previous lifetime of his still fairly young working career still with an ambition to learn, question and utilize the current state of technological tools available relating to the AEC industry whilst exploiting collaborative and efficient processes which allows for more explorative design principles and implementation within a team of design and construction professionals in the industry.

Leon also has a great obsession for structural building elements, façade design, parametric design elements, generative design and all things interior design. He enjoys the entire process of ‘reverse engineering’ as well as ‘design process’ of being able to critically analyze a project in its entirety through intense model-based exploration and research using various modern technological design tools at his disposal. Leon also has a great interest in the direction in which Architecture is headed and the collaborative nature which cloud based technology can bring which could inurn evolve the job title of respective construction-based professionals by giving us various tools at our display such as: structural analysis, generative design, climatic and topographic analysis etc.

Outside of his ‘dull’ work life Leon has a great love and passion for all things sports, namely indoor football, and enjoys playing with various friends as he finds the thrill of it from the competitiveness and problem solving-aspect presented which he and his teammates must work together to solve by scoring goals to win. Mulweli is also passionate about various forms of music and would describe his best day as sitting by a pool with friends and family around while listening to relaxing tunes. He is in fact a drummer for his local church which he attends every Sunday which is managed by his parents called ‘Faith, Hope and Love’ ministries. In his limited spare time Leon also manages a small-scale fashion brand which he started by himself titled ‘ART + F_IENDS’ which is aimed at bringing like-minded creative oddballs not unlike himself together for further discussions and development within the creative industry workspace.
