We provide our clients with turnkey solutions for their projects. Our services include all stages of the construction process from initiating to project close out.
JMSP’s Challenges
As a construction company, we found that the need for digital asset management systems within our organization was crucial. This was identified early in the start-up process of the company where we had to manage all related construction documentation over various platforms. This became a nightmare due to the fact that information got lost or one can miss place crucial information which can lead to poor performances and loss of income.
Centralization of information became our main focus point for the simple reason of the amount of documentation that we need to manage and the number of stakeholders we need to manage and report to.

After we have researched numerous platforms, we were informed by a close relative of Autodesk Construction Cloud. Our CFO contacted Modena and a meeting was scheduled with the sales representative of Modena Mr Warrick Harvey.

The summarized outcome is as follows:
- JMSP is 90% paperless
- All documentation is stored within the platform
- All our consultants and various stakeholders are utilizing ACC Build
- Inhouse workflows were created for better management of various projects
- By using ACC Build, it created a new stream of revenue where we are currently consulting for other companies by implementing ACC Build within their organizations.
