Jo-Ann Steyn, also an Autodesk Expert Elite, and Dario Mariuzzi, among the first in South Africa to achieve this status, have shown exceptional proficiency and dedication. Their journey involved rigorous training and evaluation of their technical knowledge and teaching abilities. Achieving ACI Platinum requires maintaining an 85% customer satisfaction rating for nine consecutive years.
